What is XCN / Onyx?
Onyxcoin (XCN) is the native gas, utility and governance token of Onyx, an EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain aimed at banks and financial institutions. Its mainnet launched on March 27, 2026. XCN pays transaction fees on Onyx (part of each fee is burned), can be staked for liquid stXCN, and is used to vote on Onyx governance proposals (OIPs). Max supply is about 68.9B XCN, with roughly 39.3B circulating per Onyx.
